If your guilty of a crime, you don't have the right to a lawyer because military have there own courts. if you commit a crime outside of your base, like brawling in bar, you can be arrested by police, and must answer to your commander. 

POISON :
                  Besides the conspiracy theories that accuse the military of poisoning us through chemtrails and pesticides.there  have been actual poisoning. FOR EXAMPLE: during prohibition, the government was trying to figure out a way to get to people stop breaking law by consuming alcohol so, they snuck in a substance called methyl alcohol into booze at the time so that people would get sick and there for shun the action of drinking.
