As we know that humans life based on many parts or many sessions in which we all suffered from the very important session which called teen age this is very special and major part of our life in which our life take a major decisions about our career our life partner our success and its also a very joy full time of life. we also get ton of experiences of life and in this period people find there objective of life which shows the destination of our professional life and our journey of efforts that how much we have to walk with it .but while this process is start we have to suffering with many problems also its include biological,social,personal and your self problem.  
biological problem:
                                                it starts from the age of 15. In 2004, researchers at the University of Munich proved that teenagers actually have a different sense of time. Their study showed that the 24-hour cycle which determines when you wake and sleep gets later during your teens, reaching its latest point by the age of 20.
                                                                                                                        The link between the movements of this biological clock and the process of puberty was so strong that the researchers suggested this “peak lateness” at the end of the teenage years could be the biological marker for the end of puberty.
solution:The solution is simple in theory: starting times should be adjusted to reflect the fact that teenagers need later starts as they get older. But in practice, there are three major challenges: proving that early starts directly damage teenagers’ health, identifying the best starting time, and overcoming education officials’ reluctance to change traditional early starts.
social problems:
                                   social problem is one of the major problem that person have to face in the place where he or she live and globally social problem includes the people who around us and all over the world . its effected deeply to the teenage and the major part is the barriers that create by this particular problem through social problem teenage person bound to do any thing what they want .even they have to thing about the society and then they are not able to live on there on choice .now it has creating the problem in which teenage age people loss the self confidence they don't have even the confidence or believe on there decision.Depression is the most common mental health problem faced by teenagers which may sometimes lead to suicide. Teenagers can’t differentiate sadness and depression. Many factors can lead to depression and the reaction of each teen is different to such things.drugs between teenagers is one of the most serious problems, because it causes a change in the behavior of any teenager and a physical change too. here are some really common problems or facts:

  • Bullying is an ongoing pattern of harassment and abuse.
  • Bullying can have many different forms. It can be online (cyberbullying), directly in-person through physical or verbal attack,s or indirectly through exclusion, spreading rumors, etc
  • Cyberbullying or online bullying is a serious problem that is growing among pre-teens, teenagers, and college-aged students.
  • Girls are more likely than boys to be cyberbullies due to the verbal (non physical) nature of online communication.
  • Teen suicide is the third leading cause of death for adolescents and young adults
  • Female adolescents are more likely to attempt suicide than their male peers.
  • By the time they are teenagers, many if not most teens have had some exposure to porn.
  • One of the main reasons that children and teens become violent is because they are exposed to violence in their own homes, whether it is directed towards them or towards others.
  • Abusive homes and violent neighborhoods are stronger predictors of adult violent behavior than violent video games or violence in the media.
  • Cultures in which young children regularly receive loving touch have lower incidents of violent crimes.
personal problems:
                                personal problems in teenage are the part of life which we cannot neglect personal problem includes our relationships our comfort zone and it also includes the sexuality problem of human.the 
                                                           Kids experience many firsts as they are growing up. First love is definitely one of the major ones. Teens watch fictional characters engage in romantic activities, see their friends go out on dates, and get eager to join the bandwagon. With such eagerness, teens are very likely to get into unhealthy relationships. A teen requires guidance as they get into the world of love to avoid teenage relationship problems.
                                                 personal problem also have the part of hygiene problem and this is shows the personality of the person.
                                                              self problem:
                      While it can be normal for a teenager to lack confidence or be disappointed in themselves at times, people with self-esteem issues often view themselves as unable and unworthy. 
Low self-esteem can be particularly hard for young people as it’s a time when they’re exposed to new life events, like starting high school or work, and forming new friendships and relationships.
